Heating cables
As from summer 2011, Backer can now offer a larger range of heating cables, complete with accessories for connection and temperature control.
They can also be used for keeping an even temperature at tubes, containers, valves. Another big field of application is ice melting and snow melting for example on entrances and in gutters.
Heating cables are to a large extent used to prevent ice formation at door frames in freezing rooms and containers, to prevent freezing of tubes in the process industry etc.
